Uncle Howie Records er et uavhengig amerikansk plateselskap som spesialiserer seg på hip-hop . Den ble grunnlagt i 1998 av rapperen Ill Bill . Uncle Howie Records består nå av Non Phixion, Ill Bill, Sabac Red , Goretex og DJ Eclipse . De signerte flere 12 " underground album som Q-Unique , Immortal Technique , E-Dot , Steven King eller Cyn Roc .

Historie

Uncle Howie Records ble grunnlagt i 1998 av rapperen Ill Bill , og har navnet sitt fra Howie, narkomanen til Ill Bill og hans bror Necro . Onkel Howie Records var bare en inskripsjon trykt på 12 "singlene til Non Phixion .

I 2003, singelen industrielle revolusjon rapper Immortal Technique , utgitt av Uncle Howie Records, nådde 50 th  plass rangering Billboard . IJuni 2004, Kunngjør Uncle Howie Records utgivelsen av Non Phixions andre album, Nuclear Truth , med Necro og DJ Premier som produserer og spiller Large Professor og Pete Rock . Uncle Howie Records kunngjør også Q-Unique (Ex-Arsonists) debutalbum, Vengeance Is Mine , i august. De21. oktober 2008, Ill Bill ga ut albumet The Hour of Reprisal , etterfulgt av et vinylformat.

I mars 2010, Ill Bill kunngjør dødsfallet til onkelen Howard Tenenbaum (onkel Howie) på Twitter . Etiketten gir ut dobbelt-CDen The Halftime Show: 89.1 FM WNYU - 7/7/09: Mr. Magic Tribute Show av DJ Eclipse & DJ Skizz: the2. mars 2010. De10. februar 2015, Uncle Howie Records slipper triple-vinyl The Future Is Now (Ultimate Edition) av Non-Phixion.
