Giovanni Mantovani (født den5. februar 1955til Gudo Visconti i provinsen Milano ,) er en italiensk syklist . Profesjonell fra 1977 til 1988 vant han to etapper av Tour of Italy 1980 , Tour of Veneto , Milan-Vignola og the Three Varnishes . Han var også vise-verdensmester i poengløpet i 1980.
