Ernest II (31. desember 1564 - 2. mars 1611) var hertug av Brunswick-Lüneburg og prins av Lüneburg fra 1592 til hans død.
Eldste sønn av hertug William "den yngre" og Dorothée av Danmark , ble han hertug ved farens død. Han døde barnløs, og hans yngre bror Christian , administrator av bispedømmet Minden siden 1599 , etterfulgte ham.
