Alacran Tartar er en art av skorpioner av familien av Typhlochactidae .

Fordeling

Denne arten er endemisk mot Oaxaca i Mexico . Den finnes i Sierra Mazateca i San Miguel el Grande i huler i Huautla-systemet  : Sótano de San Agustín , Sótano Li Nita , Sótano Agua de Carrizo og Cueva de Escorpión .

Beskrivelse

Den kvinnelige holotypen er 62,60  mm , den kvinnelige paratypen 69,40  mm og den mannlige paratypen 59,50  mm . Denne skorpionen er anoftalmisk .

Etymologi

Artsnavnet ble gitt til det med henvisning til Tartarus .
